I'd give 10 stars if I could
No matter how bad he might feel, my grandson (5) refuses any and all medications, even if they taste good. Most cough and cold syrups have too strong a taste to even try to hide them in juice because his smell and taste buds are like super powers. I have spent a mini fortune trying one thing after another, which is not to say they wouldn't work, but how would I ever know since there is no way to get my grandson to even try them. So, I bought these last year. These heart shaped pills are the teeniest, tiniest things. They are so tiny that I thought I'd been sent an empty box until I ripped the whole thing apart and these smaller than pin heads pills flew out all over the place. So watch out for that. But, having figured that part out, I have to say, though I have no clue how they work, that they are amazing. They do not dissolve as easily as I imagined, so i just put a couple in an egg cup and crush them with a little bit of warm water, throw it into a juice and the grandboy is none the wiser. I think most children will not have a problem taking them directly. I typically give these at night, so he is not woken up by coughing, or in the morning before school, and honestly, they seem miraculous and don't seem to keep him awake or make him drowsy. I don't know if they are supposed to stop the progression of coughs and colds, but they seem to do that too, and I've never had to use them for more than a 24 hour period, and only twice at that. I've even used them for myself and they work for me too - i also hate the taste of cough medicine. With these pills, coughing and runny noses stop very quickly, and don't seem to come back. These have been a sanity saver for a grandma whose grandchild refuses literally everything. No more fussing, fighting, pleading, weeping, or cajoling. Love them. I bought an extra pack because i don't want to run out.

Greatest Children's cold medicine we've ever used!
This is a great product! I use the adult version. Both the children's and adult version help relieve out cold symptoms. It relieves the tired achy feelings that accompany most colds and in children's cases this also means it relieves the whining and irritability they feel when they are fighting a cold. Great product! I have tried other cold remedies for children but this is the best one I have found.

Great product - horrible packaging.
I LOVE the product but HATE The packaging. I had to put it in a small snack bag to keep them together. Even though I read the instructions, I still couldn't get the blasted box to work. So, I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the package. Product is GREAT!
