The font is on the smaller side so beware, but I love this bible! It's thinker than some because of the width and length of it but easy to read.

This Bible is great for people who are just reading it for the first time. The footnotes offer some very important information, such as alternate translations of words, as well as references to special events, such as covenants to be fulfilled, past present and future.Something I especially appreciate are the ink markings on the side of the pages. Each page has ink on the side at different heights to let you know when one book ends and another begins. This makes it especially helpful for those who want to read the Bible, but may want to know if they have time to wrap up the book or if they should just finish up the section. The back cover refers to this as "page edge indexing".I have read a few different versions of the Bible, and this version is definitely my favorite.
