Hype or performance. Excellent thermal paste if your looking for performance
My first assumption was there was a lot of hype about the “Kingpin” brand thermal paste so of course I had to try it. I have worked with hundreds of different thermal pastes over the 20 years I’ve been an IT Administrator and building custom gaming rigs as well as servicing laptops, graphics cards and everything in between. At first I thought this paste was a little on the thin side. However it spread really easy using either the blob in the center or using the included spatula. Use whatever application method you choose as it makes no difference in performance AT ALL as long as you don’t use too little. Too much only makes a mess but does not in any way harm performance like everyone would want you to believe and since this paste is non-conductive there’s no risk of causing a short. So now to the tests. So I put the the KPx up against some well known pasta such as Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut, Corsair TM30, Noctua N1-H1, Thermaltake Master Gel Pro, and ZF-12 thermal compound and it held its own! It performed identically to the Kryonaut while outperforming the others by 5-10deg C. So I was pretty impressed with the performance but not the high price. BUT I guess if you want the best your going to pay for it! However in most cases a cheaper thermal paste would be just fine unless your working with higher end CPU’s and GPU’s. OR you just want a high quality thermal paste you can set and forget! However for most enthusiasts we change parts like we change cloths so I personally go thru ALOT of thermal paste! lol So all in all this was a great thermal paste and worked fantastic.

Doesn’t get better
What else is there to say? It’s KPx thermal grease. It’s the best you can buy. There are others that are almost as good but I’ve never seen/used a better grease.

My go to thermal paste
I've been using KPx for awhile now but I kept picking up the smaller syringes. I realized I use this for all my final buildouts now and just use lesser stuff for quick tests so I picked up the monster sized syringe as it is a much better deal than the smaller ones.

Best thermal paste
If you want a good paste this is it. Easy to apply and lasts. Not to mention way more thermal conductive than most.

Just as good if not better than Thermal Grizzly's
If you are worried about the performance difference of this paste versus Thermal Grizzly, I did not see any change in temperatures on either my CPU (R9 5950X) or GPU (EVGA KP 3090). They are both premium products so you can not go wrong with either of them. What drove my decision to buy this over Thermal Grizzly was the price for the 30g tubes - the KPx was cheaper.

Excellent quality!
I'd used this to refresh the thermal paste on my laptop heatsinks. Works fantastic, although, I do wish it was just a little thicker so applying it wasn't so messy. Overall I'm very satisfied and will buy it again.
