I wouldn’t call it a stap. It come with a handle that you can carry on your wrist.

Is this worth buying?

My son actually got it for his girlfriend. But she uses it all the time. So I think for a teenager its worth it.

Will accessories for mini 9 also fut new 11 version

Not all accessories, the case, filter and close up lense attachments unfortunately will not fit however accessories such as film stickers would.
