These vitamins are great. They do exactly what is advertised; fill in nutrition gaps in your diet with vitamins and minerals. My favorite thing about these vitamins is that the serving size is 7 tablets so you can spread them out over the course of the day to get maximum benefit rather than just taking all your vitamins once a day. It also lets you customize the amount you're taking with much greater accuracy.

I'm a long distance road cyclist in which I typically log an average 250 miles per week and ride 200 mile/day events. I've tried several different vitamins from various companies claiming that their vitamins are the best for athletes. However Hammer Nutrition's Premium Insurance Caps are the only ones that actually work, for me. My husband even started taking them, even though he does not have the same activity level as me, and he says they have made a big difference during his work day. So unless Hammer comes out with an even better option, which I can't imagine happening, my husband and I are sticking with Premium Insurance Caps.

I really should have a nutrient profile done on my body to determine what I need. Who sells that? Can I afford it? I play tennis, fitness kickboxing and go to the gym and I'd get cramps every now and then. Since taking these I no longer get those cramps.
