This cooler is the 3rd Briza we have purchased and everyone does an outstanding job or keeping rooms cool during our very hot Arizona summers. The evaporative cooling also adds humidity to the air which is perfect for the desert. Some of the reviews complain about the added humidity and how the cooler does not work. Well guess what - no evaporative cooler works in a humid environment! If you live in a dry climate and have a room that your A/C just doesn't get cool enough, I highly recommend the Briza cooler.

I Was Disappointed With This Product. It’s Not What I Expected. When We Got It, The Box Had A Big Dent/Whole. The Unit Had A Funny Odor And There Were Light Scratches On The Top Of The Unit. It Didn’t Keep The Room Cool. It Acted More Like A Fan, Instead Of An Air Cooler. I Did Contact The Seller And They Said They Will Be Sending Me A Prepaid Label So I Can Send It Back For A Full Refund.

I purchase this for a temporary relief when My A/C failed and had to wait for repair and its great still use it in my bedroom at night instead of the A/C it gives great cooling and takes care of the humidity so I'm breathing better at night while sleeping. I have better sleep

I like it because it’s portable

This is a waste of money, I bought this for my bedroom thinking it will work as the size of the room is enough to stay cool all night. The cooling system doesn’t work, even when filled with water to the maximum capacity. The fan is noisy, I watch TV while the fan is on and has trouble sleeping because of the noise! Tried moving it around as the manual said it might due to the uneven surface but, no avail.

I was not happy with the quality of this product especially for the higher price on it. Arrived yesterday a day late ok no big deal.Then as I gently lifted it out of the boxes all the pieces fell off. I worked hard to get it back together because since it supposed to arrive together there are no instructions. Once together I filled it with water and turned it onI can hear the pump and the fan working but do not feel any moisturized air coming from it. Basically its a large cylinder with a front vented fan with small oscillating vent.I wanted cooler moister air. I live in Phoenix and the dryness in the house can get to you. Was not expecting too much. Not getting anything And remote worked and after one day and three uses no longer works. Returning this. Amazon stuff is almost always what is expected. I could not recommend this

Does a great job of circulating the air and unlike an ordinary fan it also cools the air with water. I cannot see where the water level is and there are warnings in the directions to not over fill it so I am uncomfortable with this aspect of it.

This was no more than a glorified fan. It didn’t feel any cooler on the cooler setting. The panels were difficult to install. I didn’t’ like that I had to fill with water after every use

These are sold at the stampede and my mother bought one a few years ago. This is the same, and works basically the same, just when it's on it's swing mode, it makes a creaking noise that I don't love when I'm trying to get to sleep. Otherwise such a good product and I'm very happy with it.

It doesn’t work that well, it’s an overpriced fan, I could of bought a real air conditioner for what I paid for this also my four year old kicked the casing around it in a tantrum and it broke so now I can’t return it! very very disappointed in this doesn’t cool anything down don’t waste your money

Control panel defective. Noise level not for the bedroom.

It is a very expensive fan. difficult to put water in and clean filters
