Set up for 15 inches high, my two 6 week old puppies climbed over immediately. It was hilarious and worth some photos even though it didn't work out. We laughed so hard it was worth the cost. Would be great for small rabbits, guinea pigs and turtles. Pretty sturdy and easy to set up. Would not contain kittens unless their legs were broken. Honestly, a nice little fence.

It wasn’t 12x12 but whatever! Depending on what direction you put them you can make your cage taller or bigger! I was going to return it but decided to keep it. It still worked out to make my Guinea pigs a loft above their cage. I also used the long sides as a ramp. Covered it with fabric that can be removed to clean. Awesome! Love it! Sturdy! My piggies are happy! I used the zip ties to attach it to the lower level.

I have my rabbits in these. I found I had to double stack them or they could hop right over. They have also broken some of the welds already. I like how easy these are to connect and change into different configurations.

I love this pen and just ordered a second one. So easy to put together and sturdy for small pets. Just not TOO small pets. I have had hamsters and they could squeeze through the bars in a second, maybe even rats. The flexibility is marvelous. You can set up the panels in any configuration. I am using it for my young tortoises, but I can see using it for baby bunnies. I'm not too sure that an adult bunny could jump out as it's only 2' tall.

So the size it good and it was easy to install/set up. I liked this because I could set it up different ways. But I gave this three stars because if you bump into it or move it, it automatically separates from its holder, and I made sure they snapped in place as I used this for my bunnies.I would go with a more sturdy pen- like a dog pen that folds- I don’t recommend this more animals. It would be good for light storage.

I did alot of looking for something to keep our puppy from pulling decorations off our Christmas tree and chewing on the presents. Everything was too big or too flimsy or downright ugly. This pen worked perfect! Not too high, but puppy can't get over it, sturdy enough she can't knock it over, and nice clean appearance so it's not too distracting from the tree, and easy enough to store with Christmas decorations.

My husband purchased this... Actually he got 2. This is the worst playpen! The plastic disks (which they shorted me on in 2 boxes) there are felt pads to stick on the plastic disks that go on the floor & also come off & are a choking hazzard. Let me tell you that the puppies will chew on the plastic pieces they shorted me on. You NEED these to keep these flimsy thin metal fence pieces put together. If you see guinea pigs & rabbits in an ad for a product... Thats the kind of junk your gonna get... not for puppies even the tiny ones like I breed. Such a disappoiment & we had waited too long to be able to return. But for sure junk.

I got this for my baby buns as they outgrew their wabbitat and needed some extra space to play, but I wasn’t quite ready to move them outside to the bigger enclosures that they can squeeze through. This was so perfect. I was able to shape it to work best in my space, first lining each piece/panel in a vertical format so it was 16 inches tall or so (can’t remember the exact dimensions of each piece), and then when the buns were able to start escaping that, I reconfigured it to be 2-pieces tall in the horizontal format, so the enclosure overall was about 22 inches tall and contained the buns just great. I wish I had gotten it sooner…like many litters of buns ago! The included wooden mallet was an added bonus that my boys enjoyed using but I was able to attach the panels and the connectors with my bare hands. Such a great kit to expand our bunny space. If I were to purchase again, I would possibly get a bigger kit, though this one (12-piece) worked well for our four buns.

I purchased this to use as a fence, to section off a portion of the room from my little dog and it works great. It's light weight, yet sturdy, and easily moved and easy to put together and take apart. And since it comes in sections, I only used as many as I needed. One more important thing - it's low enough to step over.

It’s not good for small dogs. My puppy can escape easily and she’s so tiny. This will probably work for hamsters only.
