This product is not organic although it said it was in amazon

I had been watching The Great British Baking Show and got the baking bug again. So I started looking up recipes plus I received 3 cookbooks (2 from the tv program and 1 from Paul Hollywood) and found a lot of ingredients that were not readily available in grocery stores. So as usual I looked on Amazon and of course they carried it. I ordered it and it works great in my baked goods when it is called for. I would definitely recommend this product if your recipe calls for “cornflour” and not corn meal. They are not interchangeable.

Used it to coat tofu with potato starch for a gluten free cover it was heaven

I got it to enable me make my fondant. It’s so hard and not helping me. Just wasted my money and messed up the order I had gotten it for.
