Solid bag, great customer service.

I ordered a 10L and a 20L, both arrived promptly. The 10L zippered pocket had one seam that wasn't welded completely and items placed in the pocket would end up in the larger bag space.A brief communication with the seller resulted in a replacement being sent out, though it did take some time to receive it. Overall a very pleasant experience.These bags will be used for a variety of things, including motorcycling, camping, and general storage.A great value and well made product.
