Ok, but love is NOT black and white
This book is good for someone who just needs to hear “You deserve better. Hey don’t love you if they did X”. I was married for 18 years and have gone through my share of relationships and I know love is a little more complicated than what is described in this book. Sometimes people leave BECAUSE they love people. Love is layered and complicated but in this book, it has been reduced to a superficial nature almost. Again, if you just need to hear the rough truth, this is good for you. But those of us who have lived and loved a different type of love, you will roll your eyes and sigh, lol.

This book is the MOST HELPFUL LETTING GO/MOVING ON book that I have ever read!
When I read this book in sample form, I had to purchase this book and now I am so glad that I did so. This book is totally well written and it is like a good friend sitting next to me explaining everything. The writer is very to the point and explains things so well that I found every page in this book helpful. The thing that I like about the book the best is the total of 25 steps. Each step showed me the WHY of things and how to accept things and then move on to a much happier life. In fact this book was so meaningful and helpful to me in that it helped me to so call SEE THE LIGHT and see things clearly. So glad that I read this book! This book is helpful if you are trying to recover from a breakup, death of a spouse or other love one, going through a divorce, loss of a friend and any type of loss.So I highly recommend this book as I believe if you are trying to get over a person or other type of loss and move on, this is THE BOOK that I suggest to you.I rate this book a full five stars - wonderful book!

Nice and clear
Very short reading but powerful. Take the time to review the steps as much as you need them. You won’t waste your time doing so

Great Read!
I recently decided to let go of someone I cared for deeply, which took time and has been hurting me tremendously- simply because I finally realized they don't care for me the way they said or the way I need. This person rejected me and it was hard to accept. Therefore, as explained in the book, I just refused to accept it. Instead I bargained to keep them in my life with the blind hope I'd make them see my worth, and accept me, maybe even love me, until finally something in me snapped and I saw and realized my worth - and my real motives behind wanting them to want me (also explained in the book!). This book reinforces self love and acceptance of things out of our control. Great read for anyone trying to get over anything from unrequited love, a relationship let down or getting over who they thought was the love of their life.

Not something I would read again
The comments were too repetive. Who needs 25 steps to move on? Not a good read for me. Not my cup of tea. Sorry

Therapist "on demand"
I LOVE this book. It helps you move on by forcing you to take a hard look at the TRUTH about past relationships. The TRUTH about things you may not want to acknowledge but have to and once through this very helpful book you DO in fact MOVE on you feel so much better, freer and released from the burden of hurtful memories. This book is like a therapist that is available to you anytime you need it. I found myself highlighting areas that I needed to be reminded of and going over those things until I "got it!" The truth hurts but not as much as continuing the lies we like to hold on to to continue to live in denial. I can't say enough about this book. It's a must have for people going through the painful process of letting go of someone they love/loved.

YES!!! FINALLY!
Finally a book that is honest. I been reading lots of books about this and they all say to help the person who hurt you. Don't be upset with them, think of the good times. Well no! I am happy this book says I can be mad and to get them out of my mind and heart I can focus on what they did to hurt me. This book was amazing! Great job!

Straight to the point.
Straight to the point. A slap in the head to cut through the emotional lies we tell ourselves around a break up. A little black and white at times as I feel there are areas of grey in all of life butt the message is very clear and helpful.

Needs some serious editing
Some of the content is relevant but incredibly repetitious. I found myself more annoyed at the spelling mistakes and poor grammar while reading this than my broken relationship. I guess it helped take my mind off it for the short read.
