Best organic
Hard to find organic balsamic. This isn’t a glaze, great for salads and a nice light not too acidic taste.

I love the taste of this product<333 I also tried their regular balsamic vinegar, but I didn't find anything special about it. This one's sourness is just right and pleasant with lots of flavor. Now, I can NOT be happy with any other ordinary balsamic vinegar...

THIS ONE IS THE GOOD STUFF!
I love this balsamic vinegar from Modena! Have been using it for a number of years and it always adds an excellent flavor to whatever the dish being prepared. Recently, when I couldn't find my bottle of ACV for a marinated cucumbers/onion salad, I reached, for a 1st time, for my bottle of Modena Balsamic Vinegar to use in it's place .. and it was a hit! Everyone remarked on the wonderful flavor, and I will be inclined to use it again in the future to replace the ACV (which later I found) for the taste is far better with the Modena product!

Love this vinegar. Love the flavor, I only order this particular brand Balsamic. It’s not as thin as the others. Other brands seem watered down and flavorless. I don’t do reviews but went out of my way for this one.
