This is part of my "Sleep Through the Night" stack: L-Theanine 200mg, L-Methionine (500mg), Choline (250mg), Inositol (250mg), Diphenhydramine HCL (25mg)

i called the Mfg. to tell them that the safety seals are not attached to the bottles. I had to call several times, even though he was there. He said "Oh, that's not good!" and offered no resolution. I told him the product is a year past the manufacture date and there are no expiration dates listed. He said the product is new to them and they rarely ever make it, and that they have no idea how long it's good for. I asked what the source of the highly hyped pure, product is, since they don't use eggs, or any source that choline is naturally derived from, and he said it's synthetic, that's how they can call it vegan! I couldn't care less about vegan! The rep I spoke to was somewhat apathetic and offered no resolution, so I returned the product. I can't tell if someone ripped the safety seals off, or if they were never properly attached to begin with by the machines, but the plastic rings on the outside were such that you could unscrew and re-screw the cap and the plastic outer seal stayed intact, so for all these reasons, I returned it.

Good product.

No fillers is good news. For some people, cheap fillers cause other issues, such as spikes in blood sugar, digestive issues, brain fog, etc.,

I had high hopes for this supplement but after a week I noticed I was feeling so bloated every day and possibly even gaining weight. I also was getting frequent dizzy spells. This was the only supplement I had added to my routine so I stopped taking it immediately once I noticed and the dizziness stopped and my bloating went down.

2-Year Old Manufactured Date 2021 - Shipped to me in 2023.A supplement being on the shelf for 2-years before I get it is not desirable.
