Bow Biter disappointment
The Bow Biter does not encompass the entire knot, only the first step where you tuck one lace under the other and pull tightly. My one year old can still untie his shoes and that's what I wanted to prevent. I need the type of lace lock that sequesters the entire bow, knot and all. Big disappointment considering shipping and handling was more than the item purchased!

These work great!
Bought these for my son's first pair of sneakers with laces. Without the bow biters my double knots would come undone. With the bow biters they stay tied until we wanted to take the shoes off. If you have to tie your child's laces, these are a fantastic product! You will not be disappointed.

Impossible for seniors to use.
These may work for young parents but for my husband and myself we couldn't complete one shoe. We are 72 and 75, both of us suffer with arthritis in our fingers. So for us it was a nightmare, for others it may work.

Bowbiters
Bowbiters are very cute, and if they love Bob the Builder, they will love these. This was a Christmas gift for my Godchild, so I didn't take it out of the package. He loved it, though!

Bow Bitersfor childrens shoes
I wear these bow biters everyday to work and I think they are great I have trouble keeping my shoes tied so I have been wearing these for about 3 years because I stock for a living and also had knee replacement surgery 11 years ago and always scared I would fall so I started wearing the bow biters and they are great. plus I am 64 years old and sure don't need to fall.
