Work great to clean your glasses. Dislike the fact that after 5 uses the carbon pad came off. Can’t seem to find out if there is a warranty or not. Amazon says the items are nonreturnable.

These do not work. I found them originally on Facebook by My Lifestyle Insider. I posted a video of me trying to clean my glasses with these and it did not work. In the video I then used a towel and they came clean. The video also shows it does not remove any smudges or small scratches. I posted this on Facebook and they deleted it. I then posted another comment on how they did not work and they deleted that also. I am now either blocked form posting anything on their Facebook page or they are not allowing any posts. Very deceiving company. Do not buy.

I thought I was going to love this product. The pads do a great job of cleaning the lens, but I’ve had it less than a week and one of the pads has already fallen off. Very disappointing that it didn’t even last a week!

These are a brilliant idea. Within a month of use the cleaning pad detaches from the “tweezer” part. I almost scratched expensive lenses. Great idea; terrible execution. Already returned one pair. Going back to Zeiss lens solution and large microfiber.

Less than 2 weeks and one of the pads fell off. Don't buy it. You'll regret it.

This product did not last for 24 hours. Both pieces of fabric came off. I keep reading reviews like mine and this product is still being sold. I'm very surprised at Amazon for allowing this to be sold. I wrote to the company and explained my predicament but have not heard from them. Anyone who received a product this defective should be reimbursed. I am a faithful Amazon customer and should not be treated this way.

Really wanted to like this product, but I have to agree with the negative reviews. All it seems to do is spread the oils and dirt around on the lens, and make them less clean than they were before I started. As noted in one of the other reviews, I've tried light pressure, medium pressure, heavy pressure, breathing on the lens first.....same result. I had hoped I would be able to give these as stocking stuffers to family members this Christmas, but no such luck. Would not buy again. I am really amazed by the number of positive reviews, however...maybe I got a defective product?

These peeps work great! I have had mine for over a year, and it has worked great...no problems at all. I have read many negative reviews about how people have bought these, and they broke after three uses... either I have been very lucky with mine, or people are not following the directions? You just use the peeps on your lenses with not a lot of pressure, but enough. Start lightly and progressively harder with time, but never so much as to squeeze the daylights out of the thing. Do not slide the peeps over the frames of your glasses, that could be what is making the pads fall off. If you keep some pressure on both pads at the same time, and both pads are flat up against the lenses and you are working in circular motions, you should get good results. It has worked for me for over a year. By the way, these peeps work really well, it is amazing how well the they get all of the oils off of your lenses. Remember to brush your glasses off with the supplied brush before you clean your lenses with the pads.

What a piece of crap this product is!! DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS OVER PRICED PIECE OF GARBAGE. it left some sort of a "film" on my very expensive glasses and sunglasses, rendering them useless! I now have to lay out another approximately $1000 to get new glasses.A good spray cleaner and chamois from Costco does a WAY better job. (5 bottles for$8.00 on sale at Costco). This is being returned ASAP.****UPDATE****I complained to the company via email and explained to them each step I took and the order in which I took it - I.e. I used the brush FIRST (as per instructions) washed the glasses in warm, soapy water (as per instructions), allowed them to dry completely (as per instructions), and then used the pads. Their response to me was "use the brush BEFORE using the pads" (which, as I stated, I DID do and they also said they weren't "responsible for the scratches". WHAT SCRATCHES?? I never said my glasses got scratched, I said their product caused a "film" on my glasses. They obviously do not read their emails for content.I also got passed to a bunch of different email addresses. No transparency. When you call their offices you get a recording telling you to "send an email" to them. Bottom line: I received an insincere "sorry that happened BUT......" and they refuse to do anything about it. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I AM OUT OVER $1000 FOR GLASSES THEIR PRODUCT DESTROYED!!!

Once you have tried this you will be hooked. Fantastic results!

To make matters worse they are not eligible for returns!

After seeing the negative reviews as well as the positive reviews, I decided to take a gamble and try these out.After trying these out, I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews.I used these on 3 different pairs of Oakley sunglasses that have polycarbonate polarized lenses.I also used these on 2 pairs of glass bifocals.I purposely rubbed my fingers all over the lenses leaving fingerprints and smudges. Then I used the peeps and my lenses were all crystal clear. They did not spread the the oil from my fingers on the lenses like microfiber cloths do, but actually absorbed them onto the pads. They do take some getting use to because of the shape of the pads.Overall, they are amazing and I was not disappointed at all. I had to get more because my dad tried to steal mine when he saw how well it worked.

My mom bought me one of these for Christmas from her optometrist office (same price even!) and I loved it so much I bought another here so I could have one in my desk and one in my purse. I also bought one for my bestie who loves it them as well.When properly used I don’t see how others are having an issue. I also suggest gently grazing the pads over the middle of the slots to clean & maintain the pads & remove any debris/oils left on the pads from your glasses.
