John Masters OrganicsConditioner for Fine Hair with Rosmary & Peppermint 16 oz

I’ve bought this conditioner from Natural Grocers before (when they carried it) and it came out smoothly in the past. This bottle’s contents seemed a little dry…very difficult to get it out of the bottle. After trial and error, I discovered I can get it to come out smoothly by leaving it standing upside down when not in use. I’m glad there’s a work-around but for $45 (and from previous better experiences) I’m disappointed I even have to do that.

Not usual performance of product, IMO. Usually I love John Masters products & used for years.
