I am super sad about this chair. When it holds air, its super comfy. But it will only hold air for about 20mins. I have not even had the chair for 24hrs now and I have had to fill it up 6 times. I have a stand up desk so I haven't been sitting on it much at all. I am not a bigger person, I am 130#s under the weight limit so I dont know why its doing this. Most likely be returning it. I cant be filling it up each time I want to sit on it.

I love it! Great fidget chair and keeps the core active and do twists.

I purchased the earlier version of this chair, manufactured by a different company over a year ago, and loved it. Some issues had developed, though, and upon contacting the company, I learned that new owners were aware of the issue and redesigning the chair. I purchased one as soon as it was available, and it's great! It was pretty simple to put together, and the chair is very sturdy feeling. The foot rest makes it much more comfortable when I'm sitting rather than just leaning into it. They even have a slick spot to store the air pump right under the chair - a great feature! And I was super impressed with the company's service. They have been responsive to every e-mail I've sent and followed through with everything they said they would! I actually have three different chairs for my standing desk (I know - ironic, isn't it! :) ) and this is my favorite by far. If you're up in the air about what to get, you can't beat this chair or this company.

I am on my second Coreseat. The first one developed a leak after about 9 months and I had not registered for the warranty. After purchasing the second one it made it 6 months before it started to leak.Update...Coreseat is replacing both chairs. I really do like the chairs and an happy they are standing behind their product.

Although the idea is good and the chair is comfortable and adjusts to a good height for a standing desk, the design has a major flaw. It is designed for a stand-up work station which means it needs to be moved out of the way frequently so the user can stand. It's also likely that such a chair might need to be moved on and off of a work-desk walking treadmill. The issue is that the base falls off the seat assembly when you pick it up to move it and it's a pain to constantly fish the two pieces back together. So far the base hasn't hit my toes, so that's lucky. It would be great if there were a lock/catch to keep the two pieces from sliding off each other once assembled.

☆3rd Update** I contacted customer service through email and I was issued a full refund without hassle. That's amazing customer service, after 7 months! I'm giving 3 stars for service ☆** Undate after 7 months, the chair broke!*** Was leaning on it while working one day and it suddenly went flat, almost killed myself. After inspection, a plug came out of the bottom of the chair seat. We can't get it to stay back in place.Don't waste your money, it was uncomfortable anyway. End of update***The chair is uncomfortable, it's been 2 1/2 weeks now. I've tried different levels of inflation on the seat of chair and it still is not right. I was hoping this would help my back pain. I only sit for 2-3 hours a day out of 10 x 5 days a week.

The product is very comfortable, however the quality could be better. After a few months of use the seat can no longer be raised and lowered. This is a disappointment because it was expensive. I’m not able to use since my desk is countertop height and seat can’t be adjusted.

This chair was a great find for me. I am tall (6'-2"), so most of the balance ball chairs don't work for me. Plus I can raise and lower this chair with my standing desk. I had an earlier version of this chair where the inflatable top was not able to hold its air for very long. That appears to be fixed with this chair -- so far no problems after 1-week. High quality product, with excellent product service.
