Customer service is great don’t get me wrong, but I’ve been consistently sent emails from the company asking to change my review. This is an honest review of my experience with this product. The third one we’ve received actually hasn’t even been opened yet because I know what to expect. It’s getting pretty ridiculous how often I’m emailed to change this review.Purchased this for my 2 and 4 year old. We’ve been spending a lot of time outside in our backyard lately due to avoiding CVOID19 at all costs. We’ve used it for the past 5 days in a row for about 2-3 hours each day. When I first set it up there was a hole in the side seam right off the bat. I got ahold of customer service immediately. Although helpful and being sent a new one, I was told that too much water pressure could cause this. Now obviously I know that and when I first hooked it up to the hose there wasn’t much pressure at all. This hole was in the product before I even hooked it up to the hose. It didn’t take long for another hole to appear on the side seam and another 2 to appear on the seam inside the pool. I did my best to cover them with waterproof duct tape. At this point it’s just a waste of water because now there’s barely any water coming out of the holes that make it a splash pad. I probably should have just bought a small $7 durable plastic pool at WalMart, but I thought this would be a little more fun. Hoping I can get a refund because I’m sure that the second one I’m being sent is going to end up doing the same thing.

I purchased this for my kids to get out of the house and have something fun to do. It was fun while it lasted. The side panel separated from the bottom and caused a big hole. This meant less pressure and less spray. I'm not happy I paid close to $30 for this and got literally 3 uses out of it.Update: seller contacted me and offered to send me another spray mat. I accepted (kids are excited!) and they have given me shipping info. Fingers crossed it arrives. Moving the stars up to 3 due to excellent customer service.Update 2: Received second mat. Works great! Kids are happy. Customer service contacted me again to make sure I received the mat and was happy. Can't beat that. If nothing else I wouldn't worry about purchasing simply from the fact that the customer service was so good. 4 Stars for customer service response and Ease of replacement of damaged product.

I have three kids 8, 6 and 2. It didn't even last an hour. One of them stuck their finger inside one of the holes trying to "stop" one of the spouts... It lost pressure but still worked until either the same or or a different one did it again and it ripped... Since it relys on water pressure to squirt big whole means usless in less then an hr.... I'm a single mom and $30 is alot. I understand it's cheap and wouldn't last long but daang .They REPLACED it and this one will live to see another day. Thank you so much they were so disappointed the 1st time.

I just opened the product and when I filled it with water found it already had a hole. Tried patching it up and then another hole was formed. This was poorly made and such a disappointment. They sent me a second one and after one use it had another hole.

Got it for my daughters bd and from infants to teens they loves it so much.It was fun but for the money i paid it lasted 2 days and got a other slashpad. It ripped off were the hose is at and so now we use it for under the pool in the grass.

This is a great splash pad not only for the kids, but for my dogs as well. I have small dogs that love playing in the hose, but with this splash pad it's more fun for them and less muddy mess for me. It's also big enough for my husband and I to relax on it. The vinyl is quality, but not super thick. This makes inflating it easier and folding it up to put it away easier, but sharp rocks or sticks could puncture it. It did come with a puncture repair kit, though. I think bigger, or higher energy dogs would also be able to tear it with their nails, but little guys like mine LOVE it.

Don't waist your money on this. I bought this for my 18 month old grandson. He used it 1 time the first day after I got it in the mail; every thing went great I thought it was amazing. I put it away right after it completely drained it self just like the instructions said to do as you cant leave it out side in direct sun light. So we let it dry out than folded up nicely and placed in a box. We took it out today to use for the second time and it started filling up and shooting the water like its supposed to and after about 15 minutes of my grandson playing out side all the sudden we here a burst and all the water drains out at once.I went to go inspect it and the whole liner was just ripped all the way down the liner about 13 inch long. Far to long of a perfect tear down the seam to repair.Total waist of my money.I'm so disappointed and heart broken

Being stuck at home when the world has shut down has really put a damper on things. Gone are the daily swim lessons. Living in the desert, we really needed to add some water fun. Literally all of the blow up and/or portable pools were sold out in the country. This splash pad provides a relief from inside and a reason to get on those adorable swimsuits I bought months ago. The astronaut image is vibrant and fun. The spray holes are numerous and exciting. We do empty out and put away after each use to prolong life, and it's an easy thing to do.
