I bought the coil packs because a mechanic told me it was the right part I needed. He was right, was the part I needed, but when I finally got the part installed it didn’t work. The mechanic said it was a bad part.

the product did not work once i installed on my car, didn't work at all, the car didn't even tuned on.

I received the part but there is a small hair line fracture on the part that you hardly see. The part installed does not work because of this.Could someone please send me a new one or contact me.
