CFI Products MX-3 Complete Mildewcide, 7.5-Ounce

We live in central Florida and the mildew on our concrete driveway was so bad that I had to pressure wash every nine months to keep it looking presentable. I added this mildewcide to the sealer I put on the concrete and 2 1/2 years later have not yet had to pressure wash. The combination of sealer and mildewcide WORKED.

Mixed this in with Armstrong Clark semi-transparent wood stain, mixed right in and didn't change properties of the stain. Applied to about 3k sq ft of cedar siding after stripping the previous stain with chemical, power washing, and even walnut shell blasting. Previous stain was Penofin red label which had mildewed and darkened badly after several years. After 2 years the Armstrong Clark with MX-3 has not mildewed or darkened. Unfortunately I can't say whether it is the Armstrong Clark alone, or whether the MX-3 is responsible for the so-far good performance, but I'm sure the MX-3 didn't hurt, and probably at least helped.

It’s easy to use and a good deal. I just hope it works. Of some interest, I had no problem with the first order being shipped to my home address in Hawaii. Unfortunately, the next time I tried to order only a few weeks later, they said they cannot ship it to my address! So much for that

Added to normal latex paint and used it in our bathroom this spring. No signs of any mold at all. Had been a huge problem in this bathroom in the past. Time will tell.

Stop the nasty mold and mildew

I had mildew in the bathroom and had to repaint. I purchased the MX-3 due to the value, treats 5 gallons. This is syrupy consistency and blends in the paint well. I applied the paint two weeks ago and no problems so far. I sure hope this works well over the long haul.

First time user and not sure how it will work in the long run. Mixed into the paint/stain easily and hope it works on my house in the woods.
