Great product. Easy to assemble. Cleaning depend on what you use it for. Study material. Used it for a Ninja Foodi 6 Q

These are very sturdy/heavy duty. Mostly easy to take apart and put together once you've done it a few times to know how they go together. I used them in my Ninja Foodi 6.5 qt. One of the racks has longer legs than the others in case you need more space for an item plus it helps when storing them. They cleaned up well just by soaking them in the sink for a little bit. I have tried the other type of dehydrator racks that are like a wire mesh and they work well too but I think these are easier to clean. Overall I am very happy with this set of racks.UPDATE I just did bananas and this worked great. I had 3 6-7" bananas and the filled up 2 1/2 of the racks. No issues at all with them falling through the racks, not even with the smaller end pieces. For bananas I try to slice them about 3/16" thick and then squeeze fresh OJ on them to keep them from browning. Delicious! :)
