I bought these Liver pills because I was having cramping and stinging like pain underneath my right breast. At first, I thought it was a muscle or a joint out-of-place. I've incorporated milk thistle into my vitamin regimen this year, and switched to this supplement since it seems to have a better ratio and ingredient quality. So far, so good! Noticing slight improvement in skin clarity, although YMMV. If you're looking, you might as well give this one a try.
