Highly Effective!!
If you have these little pesky plant flies...... get these. Putting them on the holder is the hard part. Very sticky! The sticky is GOOD because it does grab the flies/gnats and it will fill up quickly. Be sure to put out a new one once it is full though -- there will likely be more larvae/eggs hatching for awhile so try to catch them all!!

Good product for your money
These things work a treat. They catch the little fruit flies so you can easily dispose of them. There are a lot that come in a box, so you have plenty of replacements. Just stick in the soil and let it do its thing. The cutout designs are cute as well

Updated: THEY WORK but be patient!!
UPDATED REVIEW: these traps do work!! You can see from my old review that in the first 9 days there was only one gnat stuck to one trap (out of 3 traps). However, just a few days after that, there were tons of gnats stuck to these traps! I have no clue what changed and why they all suddenly started working... but they did! There are still a few pesky gnats flying around but not nearly as many as there would have been. I even put 3 more up (two more in my room and one nearly the kitchen fruit bowl), and they have all caught some. I will add more pics of a couple of traps for comparison. Bottom line: I do recommend these. They worked for me for both plant gnat issues and fruit flies, but it took a full 2 weeks for me to see them work. This also seems to be the cheapest pack/best deal for gnat traps! By the way, the first trap I saw with the lots of gnats was attached to a cup with apple cider vinegar, so that may have helped.Old review: I don’t like to write negative reviews of products, but the company asks for your honest review, and honestly... these have not worked for me at all. I have had these in my room for over a week (9 days), and there are still gnats everywhere. I have put 3 in my bedroom (2 in different plants, 1 on a cup of apple cider vinegar near a plant), and one in hanging in my bathroom. I’m 95% sure that my gnats come from the various potted plants in my room, but ironically the only trap that has caught a gnat is the one hanging in my bathroom where I do not have any plants. In the pic you will see two gnats on one side, and one gnat on the other; the two trapped gnats were ones I caught by hand to test how sticky it was (it is very sticky on both sides). As I was taking pics for this review, noticed the other gnat on the other side- so these traps have caught 1 gnat in nine days. I will leave these traps up in hopes that maybe they will ... start working? I’m not sure why these do not work for me, but I doubt that other more expensive brands have products that are any better. This product is easy to use, and the adhesive is very sticky. I am giving it 2 stars because these traps (I put up 4) have only caught 1 gnat, but at least they have caught one! I will update if they catch any more.

Does catch those pesky little flying insects
Works well to catch those little fungus flies from damp plant soil as well as slightly larger fruit flies, does not do well for larger flying bugs. I like that these have both an inside stick and outside stick surface to maximize the catching area when using the little green sticks. My only issue is trying to get the tapes off to expose the stickiness. It can be done but it does take some time to separate the two. I have also used them without the green stick and stuck them on the edge of the pot to catch even more of those little nats. These really work to help eliminate that nuisance.

Takes care of kitchen gnats and those on houseplants
You don't want a gross picture of dead gnats, but these work. Use around sink area, tape ends to cabinet bottom around sink. Way better than traps that sit on the counter. Also have pointed ends (and a little shovel) to insert in house plants, which certain gnats love. I continue to buy when I run out. They work and are cute.

Worth the purchase!
I had so many little bugs flying around my plants that I brought inside for the winter. I tried neem oil but it just wasn’t working. I went from killing 4-5 little flying bugs a day to none in less than 48 hours. These things work so well and you get so many in a pack. I will definitely purchase again when this problem arises. Be careful that your plant leaves do not stick to these because it is very sticky.

Sorta works
They work if the little buggers happen to land on it. Otherwise, notsomuch. There is nothing about these that actually attracts the insects. They just get stuck if they run into it.

Neat and effective
I have quite a few indoor herbs and along with that I have a problem with fungal gnats. I've been using traditional fly strips which are effective but quite messy. Traditional fly strips are nearly dripping with glue and if they flop around and touch anything it's like having tar stuck on the nearby furniture, or worse on your hands! These tidy little inserts work very well to capture the fungal gnats and they're not excessively sticky or unsightly. I've put a few out into different planters and the capture rate has been extremely high! I expect I will be using a bunch of these to get through the winter.I expect I will be using a bunch of these to get through the winter.

Works amazingly for fungus gnats
These have several gnats on them after only a few hours, very effective. Can't see any aphids so far yet though

Must have for plant pots.
Brought theses stickers for plant pots as the compost had tiny black flies. They were very sticky which was great.Value for money and have recommended to family and fellow gardeners.

Working well
Catching absolutely loads of tiny black, green, and white flies after I had to repot my plants with new soil. I was going mad with the number of pests, but these have really helped minimise their numbers.
