Perfect Fit
These fins are size 44 (10½-11½) in the US , they fit my size 11 foot perfectly

Great performance, but fit was uncomfortable.
I loved the power and overall quality of the fin. For me they did not fit well though. Never had an issue with Mares before but these fins seemed to rub my feet raw in multiple areas. In fact I've always felt their fit was the mot comfortable on the market. So somewhat of a love hate experience with these fins. Recommend aqua socks or something similar to use with them.

May be too powerful for weaker swimmers
I have used the regular Avanti fins for years, and love them. Recently my feet changed shape and I needed one size larger. I decided to get the Avanti HC Pro instead of the regular Avanti. In addition to being a little bit larger than the Avanti, the HC Pro also seem quite a bit stiffer. As a result, they have an amazing amount of power but also require significantly more effort to kick. On balance for me (70 year old male, experienced scuba diver) these are simply overpowered and I plan to replace them with the regular Avanti before my next dive trip.
