STECA Pr-2020 12/24 Volt 20 Amp Solar Charge Controller with LCD Display

Be concerned, this device wants a positive ground, so be careful. I didn't realize it when I mounted it on metal with other devices that grounded the negative leg of the voltage. A ground loop resulted and the fuses were of no use. This holds true for all of the Steca Pr series. I am not sure that mounting it on an insulator (such as plastic or wood) would help. A positive ground is very foreign to US design. Beware.

Installed in our camper. Great piece of equipment. Works well, easy to use, all the relevant info at a touch of the button.
