Just received the two oars. How do the oar locks attach to the oar? Looks like they just slide, and are not attached?

Yes. that's how they work. The older style oar lock would allow one to put a cotter pin through the bottom after in stalked, but the oar lock should fit snug enough to hold oar in place. Advice! Don’t leave oars in boat when not in use.

Will these oars fit to a Caribe Inflatable

Not sure. These are tall, 6ft. Float and are 2 piece. I have a 13 ft aluminum row boat. Perfect fit.

Hi, will these stand up to workout rowing? Pin diameter?

Standard pin diameter that works with all normal oar locks-----I think that's 1/2-inch. Unless you're a gorilla; rowing in a fluid that's way more viscous and plastic than water (like mud; or cement) they should stand up to anything you will do with oars.
