An excellent product ruined by marketing
This Morphsuit hood was exactly what I needed for a costume for the amusement park where I work as a Haunt Actor for Halloween. It is comfortable, I can breathe and see (Sort of, but well enough), and is made of good materials. The thing that ruins it is the GIGANTIC LOGO ON THE SIDE. I have an older, full-body Morphsuit, and a Blimpie Morphsuit, both in plain black. They are perfect for my uses, because they're PLAIN BLACK. The newer ones have a massive MORPHSUIT logo across the back, which ruins it for any sort of Cosplay or professional Haunt acting.Sorry, Morphsuit. I'll go with a cheaper, lower-quality item from now on, if it doeasn't have a stupid ad on it that spoils the costume.

AWFUL Logo placement COMPLETELY RUINS ruins an otherwise fine product
This is a very simple, straight forward product. It fits over your head and zips in the back. Not easy to screw that up, right? Wrong. All you have to do is put a giant black "Mophsuits" logo midway up the back. I mean come on, it's a mask. You couldn't have put the logo on the inside? Or on the tag? Or maybe left your hideous branding off of the product all together, since it is meant to be a plane, unadorned, entirely blank mask?Seriously. What if Jason Voorhees had a huge "BAUER" logo on the forehead of his signature hockey mask? Kind of would have killed the vibe, right?I bought this for a Halloween costume, and this mask would have been perfect I were only going to be viewed from the front angle, but since I intend to go to a three-dimensional party this October 31st, and since the logo on the back looks like hot garbage, I guess I'll have to figure something else out.

I don't like being a billboard.
I'm a somewhat serious cosplayer, and I like my costumes to look as accurate as possible. Needless to say, a very large and very intrusive logo on a costume piece makes this very difficult if not impossible. I wouldn't mind so much if the company actually showed a picture of the back of the mask or mentioned it in the description, but they don't. This borders on false advertising. Hell I'd be content with an easily removable patch, but this stuff has to be scraped off or covered up.Furthermore, the zipper is nearly useless. I anticipated a longer zipper, similar to the one on the full suit, but instead we just get a tiny one that doesn't seem to achieve much. Again, something I wouldn't mind so much if the company actually showed us a picture or explained it well in the description. Currently the description is just a copy paste description of the full suit.As for everything else....it has to be slid on the head like a ski mask almost, rather than zipped on like the morphsuit. The zipper in the back doesn't help much at all. It's the same material as the morphsuit so it is decent to see through. It fits small, mostly bc of the zipper being useless. The official morphsuit website has a somewhat better description but still no mention of the logo or how the zipper actually works, and still has no pictures of the back of the mask. If I wasn't in such a hurry to finish this costume I probably would have returned this and either made my own or would have bought another product. If you want to get rid of the logo, I personally stretched that part of the fabric taught, and scraped it off with scissors. There may be better ways but I was in a hurry to finish a costume.I will gladly increase my rating if morphsuit adds pictures and updates the description, but for now it's staying low in the hopes that potential buyers will see it and be educated.Edit: I recently bought a SecondSkin Zentai mask, also black. Not only is it just as easy to see through, but it's far more comfortable and far easier to slide on, despite the fact that it doesn't have a zipper. So, the zipper on this morphmask is most definitely not necessary, other than maybe keeping the mask down, but that's something that a safety pin or velcro could easily fix. So if you had the same issues as me with your morphmask, definitely look toward a zentai type suit.

Awkward.
It does not pass the bottom of the neck like the picture suggests unless you use staples or pins to cling it to whatever shirt or other top piece you're wearing despite the abundance of fabric in the neck area. There's also a nice, prominent logo on the back that ensures your use of the mask will be sub-par.

Huge LOGO across back of mask!! Can't wear it...
My son wants to be slenderman for Halloween and I could not find a while morph suit local. The white mask has their huge LOGO printed on the back of the head in BLACK letters and image on a white mask!!! He is refusing to wear it and I am going to have to see if I can now return it and find a different one. He wants to be slenderman and not be called "morphman" all night because that is what is printed across the back of his head. And I don't blame him!!If you are covering the piece with a wig or a hat no problem...but if you want a solid white head piece do NOT buy this one!!!

Fits as expected...
No issues, fit well. My only complaint, and it is minor is that without it being tied to a shirt, the front part rides up if you have a tee shirt on... I'm really splitting hairs here. I died mine grey for a NPC costume. worked great. Not recommended for low light areas, you'll kill yourself. I burned two eye holes and a small hole for a straw so I could see and drink. I'd buy one again if I needed it.

Giant logo ruins the product.
It's not written anywhere in the product description, but there's a giant white logo shining like the sun on the back of the mask. The logo is about two inches high, three inches long, and white on a black mask, making it high contrast and easily noticeable. It's on the back of the neck, so if you plan on wearing a hood with it it shouldn't matter too much.I colored the logo in with several coats of black permanent marker, but it's still painfully obvious.Once I get the chance, I'm going to see if I can remove the label with acetone or some other method. I'll edit my review after my attempt.

Great mask with minor issues.
When I ordered this I had never worn a morphsuit mask before, it's very tight and a little see through but it's everything I needed it to be! Took iron on vinyls like a dream and was perfect for what I was looking for! My only complaint is on the back they have a big logo on the outside of the mask in black so it's very visible with no way of removing it or covering it up.

Comfortable, stretchy, high quality mask.
I ordered this Black Morphsuit mask back in October as part of my Halloween costume and I can say with confidence it does not disappoint.Easily the most favourable mask you can buy among certain brands as it is made specifically by Morphsuits, a reputable brand which use the finest material that is both high quality, yet stretchy enough that will fit your face unlike some.Seeing through it is effortless as the mask itself is very thin, can be easily positioned and does not distort you peripheral vision or provide a black tint to your view. Although despite it being thin, it only adds to its comfortability and the mask is durable enough that it won’t rip. It is fastened via a strong zip at the back and completely covers all skin tone. The only downside is possibly the arch of the neck which does not stretch as far as I would like, therefore exposing some skin tone.If you are considering this mask for next halloween, cosplay or anything that requires it in general, I highly recommend it as you’re getting a quality mask that will last.[2 pictures provided]

It makes driving difficult.
I bought this to have a bit of a laugh over Halloween. Definitely looks creepy, although I wouldn't want to wear it for too long as it's not very comfortable. It's also hard to see with it on, even in daylight. The large logo on the back is a poor design decision. Probably a bit overpriced for what it is, but good for a bit of fun. I didn't really attempt to drive in it.

Budget green screen hood!
Looking at it as a fancy dress product, it certainly looks the part, but as others have said, the logo on the back of the head is not discrete and is actually screen printed in black, which is why I gave it 4 stars. The manufacturer needs to put it on a label which can be tucked out of the way!I bought this green mask to use in Green screen work, where I wanted the head to become invisible... so not really its intended use. For under a fiver, it was worth trying it out. For anyone else out there thinking the same, it works reasonably well, but the neck area is extremely hard to keep smooth, creating wrinkles, and if you illuminate it brightly it will add hot spots and make it harder to key out because the material is quite shiny. I use Adobe Premiere Pro and even using the Ultrakey settings found it a bit of a challenge, but I got it reasonably OK in the end. Also the length of the neck is quite short if you want to tuck it into a T shirt. Under bright video lights, it becomes very hard to see out of though. This is probably why proper Green Screen hoods cost around £24 and have a mesh face area and more neck length to tuck into clothing. So if you are thinking of using it for green screen work, give it a try, for under a fiver it is worth it.

As expected
The white label on the back is unfortunate, but won't affect our intended use. It is otherwise light and comfortable and about as breathable as one could reasonably expect.Vision is adequate, though possibly not in a poorly lit environment. We found that adding some swimming goggles underneath makes it easier to see -- doubly so if you need prescription lenses. This obviously changes the shape, but it depends on the effect you're going for; it was fine for us.
