These worked great for the first month or two I have had them - great sound, only real issue was the buds keep slowly sliding out of my ears (regardless of which tips I use - and I have tested several of the ones included). I was using them in a shipboard gym, and was able to set my phone down and walk a decent distance away before losing signal (music would start chopping and cutting out before completely disconnecting). Now I am at home and using them in the local athletic club, and I have to keep my phone in my pocket or they immediately begin to cut out. I literally cannot move more than 3-4 feet from them before they start to cut out and lose signal, they've even disconnected on me once while they were in my pocket.

It doesn't quite stay on the ear, it gets too loose and you hear the sound as if it was coming from far away. But the biggest disappointment is that every other day it's "battery low," "battery low." Needs to be charged like a cellphone; which is was to often.

My husband bought these for me. They feel great when I wear them. They are the first pair that didn't hurt my ears. They sound good. They do not completely cancel out the surrounds sounds but do a good job. I have one problem. The Bluetooth signal is very weak. I like to carry my phone in my back pocket. However any distance below my navel and the signal was lost. Seems like the signal is only good for about 2 feet.

Not real sure what happened. The right ear bud continues to go out and the thing cannot hold a charge longer than two hours. Pretty disappointed with my purchase after reviewing about 15 other similar products. Maybe I just got a bad one, but the return policy is not very fair either so it makes me wonder if this was on purpose. Do not use your money to purchase this.

They worked great until the battery quit holding a charge. Lasted 9 months before I had to purchase another set because they wouldn't hold a charge.

Great products, works well but not sweat proof at all and battery barely lasts 4 hours at best.

no one can hear you through the microphone, horrible product
