I frequently have insomnia. I mean days without sleep. My eyes get very tired, and they burn. I put one on each eye, with a bandana around my head, and it's very soothing.DO NOT try to mold them into a better shape when they are frozen cold. You'll break the tiny beads holding the gel, and they'll seep inside the pack.

It's okay - the soft side doesn't get cold enough and I wish the other side got colder.

The first time I used this it busted all over the microwave. First, there weren’t any directions in the package so I used the directions in the description and microwaved it for 30 seconds. It was a disaster. DO NOT BUY!!!

Dislike. Beads popped out of bag after receiving them in a week and used it for the first time. Will not trust this brand or buy again. Disappointed.

absolutely loved these. just got my wisdom teeth out, and these are the perfect size. they have fabric on one side so your hand doesn't get too cold while you're holding it, and they freeze super fast. they look pretty good for the price too. higher quality than I was expecting.

I used these following my eye surgery. They were wonderful because they were small and fit the area well. They also have felt on one side which was really nice because it wasn’t too cold for my eye.

The color is nice, they are the perfect size for small scrapes and bruises, and the soft side is very soft. Overall I am very pleased!
