Disappointed.
Ok, one doesn’t want to be too harsh about something that costs only £50 and does work, but I must say I was rather underwhelmed by this product. It does work, but if I were to buy it again I would have gone for the bigger bulb. The 85w bulb obviously lights up something close by, but it’s a bit weak.Having only used this item once, I’m not convinced that it is built to last; it’s flimsy and cheaply made - how could it be otherwise at this price. The first disappointment was the bag: the tab for the zip was missing.Second disappointment was the very rudimentary “instructions”, nothing more than a series of illustrations of what you can see for yourself. On tightening the screws on the stands, a metal end cap popped off and rattled across the floor. A second came off later. These don’t (I hope) render the item unusable, but it just reinforces the fact that this is a very cheaply made product. The tripods are each topped with a threaded screw - hopefully of a standard size. The screw is capped with a plastic cap. The instructions don’t tell you to remove it. It was only after a few attempts to attach the first light box that I realised the cap had to be removed. The screw tighteners are of cheap plastic construction and I’d be amazed if they stood up to much use. As it is, brand new, the locking of the light box in position was a bit crude, the box dropping a bit as soon as you let go of it.With the tripod fully extended it is top heavy. Twice I narrowly avoided it tipping over. The item is Made in China.I wouldn’t have bought it had I known. The only way an item like this can be made for £50 and sent halfway round the world is by paying someone very little to produce it and using the cheapest possible materials. My overall summary is that if you need a pair of light boxes for one-off or infrequent use, and only have a limited budget, these might suffice. You get what you pay for.

Low quality product
It was not at all sturdy - did n't put together well - really cheap looking and so I returned it.
