Seriously I had no idea it would be this good!
I am a certified installer/ ASE mechanic and I've been installing audio/fabricating for years so please understand I do have a high standard of "good" when it comes to audio. I installed it in my mothers 08 TL along with her new Hertz components, and a new sound stream 4 channel line driver. * I AM ADDING THIS IN AFTER SEEING MY REVIEW WAS POSTED* I noticed some people with negative comments on the output of the amp, please ignore there reviews completely and understand that they're probably not using a line driver like I did to give the amp the correct signal. I'm using high end component speakers and i know this amp could blow them without hesitating. In newer cars especially, a Line out converter just isn't enough signal. When you're pulling signal from the inputs of the factory amp in most cases they're really weak. Test the voltage in the RCA's if its not what the amp calls for use a line driver to give the amp the signal it requires, and it will give you the sound you want. To continue, let me tell you this amp sure brought some youth back into her life lol! I tried the set up first with a kenwood amp it was okay, but it just wasn't enough. Now shes kicking ACDC so hard she's shaking the mirrors more than a teenager does listening to rap! This amp gets loud and retains quality. It pushes the components woofers in the doors so well you feel the air movement in your jeans. I told her to turn it down so she could read the street signs! Needless to say I loved the product, the customer service, and the fast shipping. The only improvement I see needed is better packaging. I posted a few pictures halfway finished so don't judge to harshly on the appearance :)

One lil issue but over all VERY happy
Ok first the lil issue. Had an issue with the amp cutting out at random or going into protect mode. Took the back plate off and saw that the ground stud was loose. Took the nut off and coated the threads with a very light coat of locktight blue and put the nut back on and tightened it snugly (DO NOT OVER TORQUE IT) and the problem was solved. Now on to the amp. This thing is nice and clear allows me to clearly listen to Pink Floyd, Queensryche, Tesla and not miss a single note as well as throw on some Five Finger Death Punch, Combichrist, Avatar, Sabaton and the like and hear all the grinding tones they can kick out.Paired it with some Kicker 3.5", Kicker 6x9, Kicker 6.5", a Rockford 8" midwoofer, and 2 Rockford Prime 10"

Died after a month
I installed it into my car and immediately had problems with speaker connections, no matter how much I redid the wiring. But at least it partially worked, until after 1 month it died. I tested my system thoroughly and found that the problem must be inside the amp. So I contacted SoundStream and was told to call back the next day, twice, and they had a full voicemail. Eventually I got ahold of them and was told online purchases aren't covered under warranty. Great. As a last resort, I opened the amp and saw a blown transistor, as can be seen in the picture. There was a loose wire, thinner than a speaker wire inside the system. It doesn't match any wire on the board, so I presume it was left over from production. It can be seen in both pictures. There was pieces of it around the board. Thus it appears the lose wire shorted a transistor which blew the transistor and blew the wire apart.Maybe I got a bad apple, but overall I had a terrible experience with this amp. Faulty connection, likely manufacturing error which led to a dead amp, and bad customer service

Quality amp at a great price!
Excellent value for the money. Plenty of power for a daily driver system. I am running a skar ported box with 3 eights, kicker 3 way 6x9s in the rear, Polk 5 and 1/4 component speakers up front. Soundstream preamp, and a jvc head unit. Also have a audiopipe capacitor. Sounds really good and thumps right. Sound quality was a little more clean with all a/ b amps. Still it does sound really, really good. Would buy again no questions. Great buy!Update, system now consists of skar ported box with 3 8s, no preamp, jvc head unit, rockford fosgate component 5 and a halfs in rear and 2 jbl component speakers in doors with skar tweeters. Audiopipe capacitor. The power and clarity of this budget setup is amazing. Sounds just as good and hits just as hard as systems costing more than 3x what I have spent. This amp just gets it done. Why would they ever discontinue it? I am gonna buy another just to have!

Powerful, clean sounding amplifier, and LED lighting looks amazing at night.
Good amp. Bought two for my truck and my son's car. Very powerful sub channel. Only gripe is no subsonic filter, but I knew that before purchasing. I thought my amp was defective, but found out the front channels not playing sound was from both my Infinity 682.11cf speakers up front have a design flaw where screw terminals break away from the circuit board containing the crossover network. This took me two weeks to finally figure out. I went and rechecked all newly ran speaker wire, RCAs, and finally found the speakers were the problem. Such a pain to get everything installed and then have to deal with this. Amp is stellar for the price. Sub channel stable to 1 ohm if wiring front speaker pair only (channels 1 & 2), and the sub on channel 5. Read your manual so you don't blow your amp. Very cool looking at night with LED lighting.

Amazing sound and hard hitting sub output
I've been out of the car audio scene for over 25 years. Before I made the purchase, I did my research, read the reviews, asked around, and checked out the Dyno tests online. Well, let me tell you that this amp does not disappoint. 2009 Nissan Sentra, 10" Skar Woofer/Speaker box and 4 - 6x9's, the bass is amazingly clean and knocks hard.Soundstream T5.2500DL 2,500 Watt Tarantula Series 5-Channel
