Vitamin C and E have been amazing for my skin. I highly recommend incorporating this serum into your routine, as the exfoliates and keeps the skin glowing. It's good for any age, really. My mother (in her 80s) convinced me to bring her some in South America. Soon after trying it for myself, I bought some for my daughter (in her 20s). It's loved by the whole family. :)Things to note about Vitamin C: It oxidates pretty fast - so it's not the sort of serum you can hold for very long.
