FTR Universal Aluminum Front Splitter Lip Support Rods 11”-12.75” (Pair)

Ordered the 11”-12.75” Length and got them in about a week. Was slightly disappointed because in the features & details it mentions that they include (2) 5/16-18 x 5/8” bolts, but I didn't see any bolts in my package at all.

These are actually racing hardware, compared to the race-inspired, cosmetic enhancement hardware available elsewhere. While the FTR supports are not as spindly light as Longacre they are much sturdier, cheaper, and look really good. I have bought 3* sets of the supports for my racecar because I failed to tighten the 1/2" jam nuts before driving somewhere on an open trailer and the post vibrated loose.I have a couple ideas for FTR to ease installation/removal of splitters for transportation:- offer/provide a ball-bearing spring pin, cotterless pin, or similar to connect the rod end to the support head.- offer/provide 1 knurled knob/winged thumbscrew in the 5/16-18 thread pitch to connect the support head to the chassis or the back of a spoiler. (see picture)
