This works almost immediately. Hot flashes, mood swings, itchy skin, sleeplessness, etc. At 59 years old, I have tried many different menopausal supplements and this one is truly effective. However, I take one (occasionally two) capsule per day. The recommended dosage is 3 per day. This is definitely too much for me. I start having noticeable mood swings and restlessness. I have premature menopause, that I wasn't aware of for years, I had terrible hot flashes and didn't sleep at night for years. I may have more comfort and less sweating at night, that much I can say.So I decided to switch on "One a day" for menopause. At least one bottle is enough for 50 days, it is more affordable. If I start feeling worse, I may come back for these. It bothers me that I have to take 5 a day and they don't last long.Irwin Naturals are the biggest pills I ever saw, but they are easy to swallow, even though when you see 3 of these on your palm looks like you're going to choke, lol. They don't taste bad and are not upsetting stomach. I have very sensitive stomach and I feel most of the pills, but not these. Also I like the thing they are packed in glass bottle, not plastic.

I would give this product Ten Stars if I could. Yes, I know that sounds over the top but I have to say, this is an amazing product. I bought this for my wife who was going through the most terrible hot flashes. They happened frequently and there was no telling how bad or when these episodes might strike. These supplements have been life changing. I experienced hot flashes around 6 to 8 times a day prior to starting on these supplements. After the first two days that number was cut in half. After only a week I had a hot flash around once or twice a week. Four months later the hot flashes are down to one or two a month. If you suffer from severe hot flashes like I did this is the best by far method I have found to control them short of crawling into a deep freezer. I am no longer woken up in the night. I do not suffer from my heart racing and feeling dizzy since beginning these supplements. I feel more energetic. I am super happy that the supplement contains fish oil and calcium that allows me to take only one supplement to support what I would have need 3 to take otherwise.

Good, stops hot flashes. You have to get them in your system. I can now take 1 a day, in the beginning I had to take 3-4x a day. Its ok

Mayormente mis síntomas eran los famosos bochornos. De repente me di cuenta que mis manos (específicamente mis muñecas) me empezaban a doler y mis dedos perdieron fuera, no podía abrir una botella de agua, debía pedir ayuda para eso y si por casualidad me doblaba la muñeca me causaba un dolor muy fuerte como si hubiera sido un golpe grave. Le come te eso a mi ginecóloga y me dijo que era raro porque el dolor de mis manos no tenia nada que ver con la menopausia. En fin, me di cuenta que después de dos semanas de tomar estas pastillas el dolor de mis manos desapareció! Y los bochornos ya están mucho más controlados no son tan frecuentes.
