Great grill, best components of anything I've seen in the market. The seller was excellent.

A very high quality grill. Has top of the line components and offers great temperature control. I received the grill as a gift for Christmas. The grill is built tough, it is made of 1 inch thick ceramic and also has a ceramic firebox insert and fire ring like other brands. The quality seems to be much higher than the "green" brand and the stand is very sturdy. The hinge for the top is very strong and not "wobbly" like some other brands out there.Out of the box, when I fired it up, it kept the temperature rock solid for 4 hours while a cooked a tenderloin roast. There were no air leaks, and when I closed all the dampers, the fire was out in minutes.I like the idea of being able to add wood chips without opening the top, but I a not sure how much I will use it.Like all Kamado style grills, this grill will smoke at 220 and cook brick oven pizzas at 700.You will pay slightly more for this grill, but the components and fit and finish are top notch and worth the extra money. It also comes with a lifetime warranty on the ceramics.They also use local business for sales and service, so you are, in reality buying local.
