When you're doing a very rare lamb in butter with shallot and leeks (creatively diced) this device, though suggested - wasn't much help in me impressing my favorite celebrity chef. Left me hanging.

The Menu
The Pacojet is a disgrace to the Hawthorn kitchen. It sat around taking up space and sucking all the oxygen out of the kitchen. No wonder why it was used only once. Tyler also sucked up all the oxygen too, so the Pacoject gets points back.
