This model has no moving parts so there are no gears that often fail to work properly. It is a small model but still fun to build.

My first model was the ship one and I didn't have the best time with it and thought maybe my hands and touch aren't meant for these kinds of 3D model puzzles but I had a much better time with this one. Feels very sturdy, and I'd say the only hard part is trying to get the one long rectangular wood piece that bends at the seams inserted into the basket base (you'll know what I mean when you get there). I broke the piece in half on my first attempt but thankfully they provided a backup and I was finally able to get it inserted (though it was not easy). Other than that, puzzle wasn't too hard just be very aware of the direction of things. The directions are very explicit, so make sure you're looking closely since it can be easy to insert a single piece in the wrong direction and then realize later you can't properly complete the thing.Highly recommend people try this puzzle first. Looks amazing when completed and took just a little over an hour for me without any frustration and again, appreciate the occasional back-up pieces for things they seem to know are more fragile than others.

Nice result but have broken few pieces

This was cute, pretty easy to put together (some pieces were a little hard to shove in place but sandpaper was provided which made the parts go in nicely), and really well made. The instructions were easy to follow. This kit is great for anyone crafty. Such great value for the price!

Beautiful.... and well thought out, pieces fit well without the need for glue....my only complaint was trying to bend the basket... the direction should tell you to moisten the piece before attempting to bend, luckily they give many extra pieces incase of breakage. Also if painting id advise doing so before even popping out pieces.

This is a great craft for somebody with patience and doesn’t mind gluing all the pieces that break because regardless how easy you try the pieces are so frail they break, but it was a lot of fun to make

This is my third puzzle. I have to say, so far, this is my favorite visually. It's a small masterpiece of art. I did struggle at times, especially with the assembly of the ballon itself. There were some pieces that I had to walk away from and then come back. You will need to use your sand paper and I would keep the super glue close by. You will also find the extra pieces handy and you will accidently break a piece or two.Once that was ballon piece is complete, the rest was a piece of cake. Connecting the bottom basket to the ballon took two sets of hands...and my husband was more than ready to help, especially since he's really getting into it himself. This would have been a gift ...but I think I have to keep this one. I really love it. Definitely recommend this Hot Air Ballon.

This gramophone looks fabulous once built. It is relatively easier to build too. Some parts would require care but overall an easier build. Once ready looks wonderful and it would attract conversations too.
