Leitner LH255XL – Headsets for Call Centers – Works with All VoIP Phone Systems – Comfortable for All Day Wear – USB-A

After numerous complaints regarding sound quality I decided to buy my own headset rather than go through possible replacement from my company. In reading product info about them I decided to buy this one because it comes with a 5 Year Warranty, plus no matter who I work for in the future I will have this headset. I have done years of work which required use of a headset to talk on the phone. This is hands down the best headset I have ever had. Noise Cancellation is excellent. There is no feedback from my mic. I would recommend it to any company or individual looking to buy headsets. In fact, companies would save money if they would start out with this caliber of a headset in the first place versus some of the others that are cheaper and wear out quicker. Thanks Leitner for a quality product.

If you are concerned (we were) that this set which comes with a USB connection would (or would not) work with an iPad or iPhone (iOS), fear not. However. Repeat: However, you need to purchase an adaptor for the iPad that allows the only input on the iPad to be connected to a device that will allow a standard USB connection (plus the ability to keep the iPad charged).If you get one of these "gender bender" converters (we bought the LENTION USB-C Multi-Port Hub with 4K HDMI Output, 4 USB 3.0, Type C Charging Adapter Compatible 2020-2016 MacBook Pro ) these wired "phones+mic" work great and, more importantly, sound great. Your caller won't believe how good you sound (we did get the one with the foam shield over the microphone tip). We use this for MicroSoft Teams and Zoom calls and it is a big step up from another great product, an 'emeet' speakerphone that we were using (that was good, this is better).Highly recommended. We can't comment on any of the wireless products, but this wired headset is a 10 (or 5-stars).

I was a little hesitant because of the price but since I use them every day I figured they'd be a good investment. I got tired of the battery dying in my Plantronics bluetooth headset during long calls. These fit the bill nicely. My coworkers noticed the increased sound quality immediately.I didn't give 5 stars because I find the audio controls inconveniently placed. I'm sure there is a good reason for the controls being on the USB side of the quick release but it makes it more difficult to find the controls quickly since they're so far away from the headset. You really need to hold the controls for the whole call. The controls also don't integrate with Zoom. Microsoft Teams works great, though.

I use this for business conference calls with different types (Teams,Zoom,Google) it is proving to be very versatile.I tried Bluetooth options and they weren't working with my towers. This is seamlessly working.

My students say the sound is good and they can hear me where ever I am, even if I turn away from the computer.

First time buying a headset. It is amazing!! It is super comfy and would suggest getting it if you sensitive ears. Now if you have a smaller head I wouldn’t suggest getting, but overall worth the price!!

I have used headsets for over 15 years. My ears always hurt from the earpiece and customers complained that the connections was not clear. I took a chance on Lietner and I could not be more thrilled. On top of the fantastic customer service, my calls are clear and I can wear the headset without needing to give my ears a break. The previous headsets I used irritated my scalp, not so with this one.

This is best headset and best company the customer service outstandingI have been looking for a headset with only one ear. This is beyond expectation clear i can hear guests they can hear ne. I work in call centerI love this headset
