I really like this product. However, your phone will vibrate a lot if the base is not supported. In my case, that does not matter, as the manner in which I installed it means the base of the phone holder is more or less resting on the dashboard itself. This supports the arm and thus prevents it from wobbling/vibrating.If you were to install this higher up on the windscreen, it would vibrate/wobble a lot which would be pretty distracting. I would also say that the phone holder itself should ideally be a bit taller, and the clasps to hold the phone could be a bit deeper. I have an iPhone 11 in an Otterbox case, and the clasps are not deep enough to grip around the edge of the phone properly. That said, it will still hold the phone securely. The wireless charger is obviously super handy and works perfectly well. Those minor criticisms are why I have only rated it 3 stars for sturdiness.

Great product. Fast charge and sturdy on windscreen even over the deepest potholes. Well built and solid. Love the ease of use. Exceptional and responsive customer service when I had a query.

the stand itself is ok and the wireless charging is a dream.the automating clamp system can get a bit frustrating as it doesn't always clamp my phone fully. it sometimes takes 2/3 goes for my phone to be sturdy enough to drive, but when it does its a great piece of kit. the long arm seems strong enough and has held my phone well (Samsung s9+ and heavy case)the suction is fine, I've got it on the dash (plastic surface not 100% smooth) and I've tried it on the windscreen with no problems.the multiple positions is great as I can use my phone for a satnav and the passenger can swivel the stand around to watch YouTube etc.I brought this mainly to charge my battery and this feature performs well and charges reasonably fast and can hold a charge while using my phone as a sat nav.

I have purchased two of these. The first has been great and does everything I want. The second one started badly because it didn’t easily stick to the dash but I ended up using the fan mount and that did an excellent job. Unfortunately this morning it just snapped while I was driving (as shown in the photos). I can’t go back to the suction cup because that didn’t work so I’m now left with a rather useless charging cradle to sit on the seat next to me. EDIT - customer service have been excellent and offered a complimentary replacement this morning and have been really quick in their correspondence. A big thumbs up to fixing the issue!

Very good phone holder. Solid build and love the auto mechanical clasp too. Only downside is that I think the suction Cup may loose its suction over time. Only reason for saying this is ive had one in the past. Definitely would recommend. Charges your phone quicker than most of the expencive ones too.

Crucial rear screw comes loose very easily so the holder falls off the arm 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Been using it for a month in the car now and its been fine. Its sturdy and doesn't move which is good. Super easy to use. Even if you kill the power to the car - it does allow you to retrieve your phone which is a nice feature. It looks and feels pretty premium and sleek. I have tried other from here and they are big and chunky so this one is nice.Also it offers fast wireless charging which is great. Probably going to get another one for my other car.

Holder itself feel solid and well built, but if you on a dashboard, it seems to struggle with heavier phone (I'm using S20+) and shakes a lot ... makes me feel insecure and not sure I can fully trust it on just slightly uneven path if that is how it is on smooth tarmac main road.Otherwise it does everything it says it does - fast charge etc. my only problem (not the fault of the holder itself) is that you have to plug it in to open/close the grip as it is electronically powered, which means that you would be charging your phone even if you don't need to. Unlike traditional holder where they can be just a holder.
