unfortunately it broke within 3 days of its arrival... :-(

I ordered this because I wanted a lower profile than the Qalo ring offered. The low profile is great and the price seems right, but the ring they sent had a roughly cut edge. See the photo. I said as much in my feedback and they proactively sent a free replacement. The replacement had the same rough cut on one side. It's too bad because otherwise I love it. But the bad cut makes it look cheap. Compare the smooth side to the rough side in the photo. It's noticeable to me, and bugs me.
