Is this adapter needed if computer has native bluetooth capability?

Even pairing succeeds, there will be no serial data to send because it requires the UART output. Where is the documentation in English for this product? And, it doesn't seem to work. I have sent numerous emails with generic responses.

Is plug and play? On what OS you try to use it? On w10 you just plug it in and connect the device like with any other BT device

Can the use and integration instructions be provided in english? the baidu wiki only contains chinese documentation and sample application.
