Highly recommend!I've been complaining of overwhelming fatigue for about 3 years to 3 different healthcare providers. They always check my iron and my thyroid, find they're normal, and say it must just be depression (despite no other symptoms of depression). I've felt like something else was wrong for a long time but no one would listen. Finally, I dug into some journal articles and found multiple studies that showed that users of oral contraceptives are often deficient in some important vitamins. I decided to give this product a try because it was closest to the recommendations of one of the studies. Nothing else even came close.Here I am, a month later, reordering because for the first time in YEARS I feel like a person again! I have so much more energy. I'm more productive at work, I'm not tired during day, and I actually have the energy to cook dinner when I get home. I've even started working out! It's a 100% improvement. I can't explain how much this vitamin supplement has changed my life. I was never a believer in taking vitamins but this one has been a gamechanger. I've been taking this since starting up on the pill again (Loestrin 24 fe) and I have no complaints. I haven't found any other product that provides the nutrients that OC Companion does -- nutrients that, according to studies upon studies, are depleted in our bodies when we take birth control pills. Anyway, I haven't seen any other reviews of this product anywhere on the internet and thought I'd chime in to let everyone know this is a good, reliable product and something bcp users might want to consider taking if they don't feel they consume enough of the right nutrients via food.

This is one of the few products I feel like makes a difference for me. I had noticeably more energy which is a big deal for me. The rest of the benefits, well, I take it upon faith. Will repurchase.

Stopped taking my birth control about 2.5- 3 weeks ago after taking it for about 8 years. I was terrified about all of the horrible side effects I’ve read about! I understand that effects can happen at different times for different people, but so far so good! No negative side effects and I actually feel better than I have in a long time!

My best friend is a homeopathic doctor and recommended this product to me when I started taking birth control again. She told me to get this brand specifically, and I would recommend it. There are still some side affects to taking "the pill" but not nearly the level of mood changes usually associated with starting it.
