Great Buy! But DO NOT STRAIN YOURSELF!!!
I love love love this ab trainer. This helps the abs, obviously, and boy did I see some definition after ABOUT a month. I had to build up to it at first and I was in pain because I was stretching and training muscles I rarely or never used and I did all this on my own. I came up with a work out regimen and went from there adding jump roping, jogging and martial arts training in. Now I have a 2 pack and working on a 4 pack!

ONLY ONE WHEEL??!!
so, how am i suppose to use this wheel joint for my abs if it only has one wheel and it doesn't slide in and out properly, it came on time and looks great but in the picture it shows that there are two wheels not just one. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Good abs exercise roller for travler
I t works as it is advertised. It is solid and is easy to assemble. It can take it apart in just a few seconds. Good for traveler to pack with their luggage and daily abs exercise. The 2 wheels design make it very stable.
