Great Device
Flashlight is bright and holds a charge for a few months before you need to charge it again. The ZAP is loud enough to scare anyone away before you have to use it on a person or animal. I recommend it.

I bet this used to be a great product.
I bet this used to be a great product.... but now it can only be charged using a usb ...so in my case I would have to run it through my computer to charge it. Why? why would I want to do that ... ? I have plugs all over my house for convienience .. why do I want to hang it off of and through my computer? The usb plug looks like a cheaper device than the ac adapter shown in the advertisement.. the only advantage I see is theirs' because they save money in production costs...I think you can buy adaptors for another 10 bucks... shame that they show that it comes with one and then not send it,I don't like it when I get bait and switched.technical term for this kind of false advertisingif you want to use it as a usb devise then this is a good product for you. but, it is not allowed on planes, so not a real travel devise

Warning! Defective Product.
Great concept. Poor USB workmanship. It comes defective that it fails - rendering the tool useless. Once it fails, the tool cannot be charged. The company won’t admit that they are selling a defective product.
