Obviously not very well edited. Found obvious mistakes. Look at Osteria"s recipe for Pork Milanese. They list 3 cups of arugula to be dressed by 1-1/4 cups of oil!

I love the diversity of recipes in this book. Some are super simple, and others will test your culinary skills and introduce you to new techniques. Also some amazing stories about how the best restaurants in Philly and their most famous dishes came to be! All in all, a great addition to your cookbook collection, whether or not you live in PA!
