I recently purchased the Topens A602 front gate opener from Amazon and had an exceptional experience with both the product and the customer service provided by the company. Initially, I encountered an issue with the wiring due to my own mistake. However, the outstanding support provided by Chole from Topens completely turned around my experience.Upon realizing my error, I reached out to Topens support, fully prepared to pay for a replacement board. However, Chole's response was not just swift but also incredibly helpful. She patiently walked me through diagnostics, troubleshooting the problem with me step by step. Her expertise and dedication were evident throughout our correspondence.After identifying the issue, Chole promptly sent me a replacement board at no extra cost, despite it being my fault. This level of customer service truly exceeded my expectations and showcased Topens' commitment to customer satisfaction.As for the product itself, the Topens A602 gate opener has been nothing short of impressive. Its sturdy construction, reliable performance, and ease of installation make it a standout choice for anyone looking to automate their front gate. The sleek design adds a touch of sophistication to my property while providing the security and convenience I need.

The instructions are a bit confusing but once you get to the picture of what it should look like, the instructions start to make sense. The support team is fantastic, guided me with choosing the correct version for my gates to answering tons of questions.

1. Though the product is super value, don't be fooled by the price. Excellent quality, sturdy and looks very durable (AT06 model). Operating two large 2m heavy gates. Not a bother. Many options and settings.2. If your gates are level and aligned, installation is relatively straight forward. Main point, as with any gates, needs and strong mouting pillar.3. Instructions are the best I have seen for anything. Highly detailed with various installation and operating senarios. All written is proper English and easy to follow.4. Customer support. They respond with 12 hours with solutions and help. eg Adding electronic.5. 7 months after purchase. The control board failed. I contacted Customer Support at Topens, after a couple minor questions, they shipped a replacement Control Board free of charge by Fedex!! Then followed. Painless, took 2 days from first contact to shipping replacement board.If you are looking for an Automatic Gate opener with a reliable company that answers email and calls plus a sturdy product. You can't go wrong.Dealing with Topens was like dealing with an Amazon direct product. Painless.

I purchased this TOPENS AT602 Dual Swing Gate Opener in Dec '23 to replace a very old set of gate openers that were in place when I bought this house.Instalation was really easy. I did however need to get a couple of steel plates cut to size and drilled due to my gate posts being very narrow. Not a fault of these openers. The mounting kit with the openers then bolted straight to the extension plates.I did have a slight problem with the control box motherboard after a couple of weeks or so, it seemed like it just "lost" or had some sort of corruption in its main firmware but the Customer Service Team responded very quickly, inside 24 Hrs, provided some 'walk through' tests for me to conduct and return the results to them. In no time at all I had a brand new control motherboard delivered which took 10 mins to swap out with the old one and another 10 mins to 'program' my preferred settings. Fast forward 7 months later and these gate openers are functioning perfectly and I couldn't be more happier with them.

A little bit tricky fixing the brackets, better to Weld them. The actuators are quite solid in design & well-made, the controller is simple to set up, the only setback is you can not set gates to remain open, unless there are photocells fitted and you physically block one of the beams.

Topens AT602 system installed March 2024 and I am very satisfied with the result. I had emailed Topens prior to installation for some advice in relation to what kit would suit my gates and I recieved excellent customer service from Laura, the information that was provided was very helpful and I opted for the AT602.The installation was straight forward and I found that the manual / guidance provided with the kit was extremely easy to follow even with my limited electrical knowledge. (Pay attention to installation section relating to requirements for distancing to centre of the gates / hinges and brackets etc).Along with additional keyfobs and a wireless keypad I also purchused the Wi-Fi adapter (TC196) which is an excellent addon to the system (allows you to open / close the gates remotely from an app on your phone). The TC196 was out of stock on Amazon but I was able to order directly from Laura at Topens customer support.Over all I am extremely satisfied with the cost of the kit, ease of installation and its operation and would definitely recommend it.
