Heavy card stock, sharp printing, some assembly required
Stiff, heavier weight card stock with a shiny coating on one side and a matte finish on the other. The little plastic hooks were not attached when we pulled these out of the package and took a bit to assemble. The perforations are good, no issues with the spiral tearing when we separated them. The one thing I didn't like is because this is such a nice heavy cardstock, the smaller shapes don't want to dangle well and kind of stay flat. There was a generous amount of dangles in this packages, more than we needed for our decorating. They folded up nicely as well when we were done for future use. Overall great value.
