Walnut Butter

The taste just misses. A little bitter. But, very good for you.

Never having Walnut butter before, I wasn't sure what to expect. This product did not look, smell or taste like Walnuts. There was no taste at all except for the smallest hint of Walnut which you might find from an extract. It has a watery texture even after sitting in the frig. And I noticed it says product of Israel. But as I said, I'd never purchased walnut butter so I had noting to compare with. So I purchased some of the packets of Artisana Raw Walnut Butter. There is no comparison.The Artisana really DOES taste like Walnuts that are are freshly crushed.

This is the real deal as far as raw and unpasteurized. I highly recommend this product for the outstanding nutrients in comparison to pasteurized 'raw' walnut butter that one gets at a Whole Foods or similar. This is a great product. The seller is 'meh', but the product is great. It is quite rich and flavorful due to the natural grinding process and truly raw profile.

Did not like.

I had the unique opportunity to enjoy walnut butter on lightly toasted walnut bread. My God--the enjoyment--and I could just feel my body getting healthier! I wish that it were less expensive, but then you will forget the price once you have tasted it!

Taste like you would expect its very good. i eat them with Quinoa crackers. flavor is full and spreadablei have tried to order again but its not available. this is my first walnut butter i will search for another to compare..

this is pure walnut... the after taste is there, you know when you eat the walnut after you swallow it, there's some bitter taste left, exactly like that!! I love it!! :)
