BemisModel 5000EL Toilet Seat with Smartlift Take Off Slow Close

Had one of these previously but after 8 years needed to replace it. I searched high and low before finally finding one on here.After checking with the seller- very quick response to question, I ordered. Delivery was very quick. It was so easy to swap over the old and new seats.These in my opinion are the best toilet seats, feels very secure and super easy to clean. Note to others don't use any chemicals to clean as these will discolour the toilet seat.Also these are soft/slow close

If you have the correct toilet fixing hole spacing, get this. It’s solid, nicely made and the fixing does not skid and move around.And, the seat clips off for cleaning.It really is the best but you have to have the right toilet to fit this as it does not adjust its fit, it’s set.

Well made and easy to fit

I bought a cheaper one from Tesco which had to go back as it didn’t fit and couldn’t find another one as cheap so splashed out on this toilet seat and am more than happy. It’s easy to install, fits well and doesn’t move at all. Very sturdy and am a happy customer.

I have previously bought this seat elsewhere and wouldn’t consider any other. It’s well made , comfortable and looks good.

The paint or whatever it is that coats the seat just flakes off. The right hinge constantly comes undone. I would heartily recommend buying something else also the soft close has broken. Seller hasn't replied to me and Jeff B 's lot won't refund.

I bought this to replace one I had accidentally splashed bleach on. Best toilet seat in that it’s sturdy, never wobbles, perfect fit for my loo & lasts years (if you keep it away from bleach!) What made it even better was that it just clipped onto the old fittings so took a nano second to fit. Win win ;)
