YES IT DOES....BUT (WARNING)
LIGHTEN UP GIRL GEL, will lighten your hyperpigmentation..! Unfortunately, it will also cause tiny red pimples. I followed the instructions diligently. Before using this product, I had zero pimples, and my daily skincare regimen consist of natural soap, exfoliation, and a homemade vitamin face mask. I had to discontinue the lightning gel and protect my skin from further damage.
