14pc Titanium Drill Bit Set

Made in USA, far better than milwaukees made in china drills or dewalts. I think the best value for the dollar on the market. I purchased several sets.

The hex part of the shaft appears to be a cheap alloy cast onto each bit. They are so poorly made that they will not lock into either my DeWalt or my brand new Bosch drivers; they just fall out. Hard to believe they were made in the US.

made in America used to mean something. initially these are very sharp. very very sharp and they retain sharpness well however they have a tendency to break where the shank and bit meet - this is poor quality metal and is a definte weak point. i would love to recommend these products but of the four sets we bought (3 on Amazon) we have a few sizes we rarely use left and these have been replaced by cobalt bits and other titanium coated bitsmontana does make some very quality products, however these bits are my least favorite items.

The drills are OK. Reasonably sharp & strong - good for most things. Avoid drilling through 2 layers when the second layer will bend and break the bit.
